Pricing questions
What counts as a song?
One upload transcribed on our servers, whatever stems you choose. Re-exporting the same job with different settings is free and does not use another song. Songs can be up to 10 minutes long on paid plans and 6 minutes on the free plan.
Is quick mode really unlimited?
Yes. Quick mode and hum to MIDI run in your browser on your own device, so they cost us nothing to run and are free and unlimited on every plan.
Does the free plan export MIDI?
Yes, with every export option: tempo map, quantize, pitch bends, PPQ and one track per instrument. Paid plans add more songs, stem audio downloads and a longer history.
Do unused songs roll over?
No. Your monthly allowance resets each billing month. If you need a few more songs before then, you can buy a credit pack.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your plan settings and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, which also takes care of sales tax and VAT.
How long do you keep my files?
Uploads, stems and MIDI are kept for 30 days so you can come back and re-export, then deleted. You can delete a job sooner at any time.
